I have suffered from high blood pressure for the last 20 years. I had been taking 36 tablets per day to try and lower my high blood pressure and to alleviate other aliments, all with horrible side effects, for the last 7 years. I have been taking numerous blood pressure tablets for 10 years with varying degrees of success but my blood pressure has always fluctuated. I have never had high blood pressure and wouldn’t normally have taken a product like ion extra, but I do a lot of sport; I usually run, do a spin class and weight workout each day. I was getting a lot of cramps and feeling tired. I took ion extra for 6 weeks and I’ve not had cramps since. I feel more alert and up for training. It has really helped balance my body, giving me the electrolytes whenever my body needs them. I’m a self-employed businessman. I don’t smoke but I do like a drink. I have a stressful life due to the hours worked and miles driven. I was very surprised after a check up with my GP to find out that I had high blood pressure! Foolishly I thought only old, overweight people got it. I was told to change my life style and to take medication.

The change of life style was difficult as it is my living, but I tried drinking less and walking more and with the medication my blood pressure dropped. I am fit healthy guy. I don’t drink or smoke and I watch what I eat and exercise plenty. For around 3 months I was really struggling with some of my workouts, I just felt really tired and unfit. This stuff is amazing, thank you so much! I live a really stressful life as a city trader and I didn’t realise how high my blood pressure was until a routine check up.
